The SP-2 v3 Glove also features a robust TPU compound knuckle guard to significantly ramp up its protective capabilities. Alpinestars was founded by an Italian leather craftsman, Sante Mazzarolo. The brand name was coined after the everlasting Alpine starflower, found in Asolo, Italy: the founder’s hometown.
