Harness

The R20 has been designed specifically as an active riding pack with our unique QUADLOC-lite harness system. The harness is angled away from underarms for total freedom of movement and once set, the pack is exceptionally convenient to use with none of the harness re-adjustment necessary on conventional harness systems.

The size adjustable harness allows the pack position to be moved up or down to produce the best possible fit. The R20 can be worn with or without a waist strap. The waist strap is not really necessary for street riding.

Pack Layout

• Main compartment with YKK water-resistant zip.
• Side access pocket with YKK water-resistant zip.
• Optional harness pocket (see Kube Pocket).
• Internal hydration sleeve with compression.
• Internal zipped mesh-pocket.

Fitting

The pack is supplied pre-set to level 2. Move to level 3 for XL fit and for XS fit move to level 1.

Firstly, push the harness strap back into the pack, to release the harness-web tension.

Shorten or lengthen harness by moving slider buckle on web (equal both sides).

Pull harness strap back out of pack, to tension harness web.

Put on pack and adjust fit as on a conventional harness. Do not over tighten  tidy loose ends under elastic loops. Once set, the harness do not need to be re-adjusted each time as the pack ergonomics allow the harness to open wide for arm access.

Kriega bags just got better.rnrnI ve used the R25 for afew years now but was looking for something smaller to suit my size better for mountain biking. I got this and was very happy with how Kriega have impoved their bags, particularly the addition of the side pocket!! The original ones didn t have these and was the one thing the left me a tiny bit dissatisfied.rnrnThe R20 is perfect for someone how is smaller and still wants to store abit of stuff, like boots, towels and change of clothes. The R20 is a fantastic pack. I commute everyday and it comfortably fits everything I need into the pack. I also purchased the US-5 which attaches neatly to the back of the pack. The Quadloc lite strap set up is great alot of the pressure is removed from your shoulders very comfortable when riding and walking around. Highly recommended. dazzman70
This pack is great. I ride every day so the pack is used every day. It has never failed to be supportive for my need. rnIt is deceiving how much can fit it the pack. Coming home from work with the laptop, no worries. Why not through the laptop bag in there too easy. The really great feature of the R20 is that it will not move on your back. No matter the conditions this pack feels as though it is a part of you. The compression straps hold everything tight in the pack, while the quadloc hold tight to you without being restrictive of movement.rnI also have the US-5 for those items that must stay dry and it compliments the R20 perfectly. Also for the longer rides I have the 3-litre hydration reservoir which integrates into the R20 easily and effectively.rnI cannot imagine using another pack while riding. abakerzero
