Vandemon exhaust systems are designed to maximize performance and style while producing a great sound. They utilize the latest manufacturing techniques and exotic materials such as titanium. Aerospace alloys like titanium make the exhaust system significantly lighter and help reduce heat retention compared to the OEM system.

The system retains the OEM valve controlled by the ECU, preserving the original exhaust servo function. This means there's no need for a servo delete device to prevent a fault warning light. Keeping this OEM function does not affect performance; rather, it allows for a slight increase in exhaust sound during cruising and light throttle openings. When the throttle is opened aggressively, the ECU opens the valve to provide the same free-flow performance and sound as an open sports exhaust for maximum performance.

Appearance:
The surface appearance is a natural brushed finish that changes to an iridescent blue and red when heated. Unlike stainless steel, Titanium won't stain, corrode or ever need polishing due to Titanium's high acid and salt resistance, which also dissipates heat twice as fast as steel, further safeguarding against extended heat soaking into body panels when stationary. 

Manufacture:
We at Vandemon use a unique welding process that completely penetrates and makes for an ultrasonically perfect connection with a beautiful and consistent overlapping fishbone appearance.

Tuning:

Custom tuning is required, preferably on a dynamometer.
