Kawasaki's H2 family has introduced the SE/SX, and as a result, a new approach was necessary to complement the latest hyper tourer. To achieve this, we developed a titanium masterpiece that would perfectly complement the newest addition to the H2 range. We had to completely redesign the headers to accommodate round exhaust ports. The challenge was to use tighter radius bends to fit the headers into the bodywork, creating the necessary clearance from the fairings. Additionally, the muffler required a new approach compared to the H2R slash-cut style muffler due to its proximity to the pannier and exhaust gases. We designed a muffler that directs the exiting gases away from the pannier and offers a moderate increase in sound over the OEM exhaust. It looks fantastic with bags on or off and significantly reduces weight while enhancing performance, sound and appearance. We believe we have created something truly extraordinary.

Tuning

Tuning is recommended on a dyno but it is not mandatory. If you choose not to tune, then you will need to purchase a servo delete module to avoid a warning light apearing on your dashboard due to the exhaust valve function being removed which would normally be disabled otherwise during the tune. Please note that to accommodate this system, the catalytic converter will be eliminated. Thus, we advise you you check your country's laws and regulations regarding the removal of these systems before purchasing this product.

Our exhausts are professionally packaged to prevent damage in transit and arrive in a natural brushed finish that transforms to an iridescent blue, purple & gold colour beginning at the engine headers after only one heat cycle.
