KTM 1290 Super Adventure S & R Vandemon Full Titanium Exhaust System 

Vandemon Exhaust systems are designed to maximize performance and style while producing a great sound. This is achieved by replacing the heavy and restrictive catalytic converter with a round resonator. The resonator softens the exhaust sound, creating a pleasant and deep note while still being loud. The all-titanium muffler uses a twin chamber straight-through design, surrounded by sound absorption material, which provides primary muffling without restricting exhaust flow. This enables maximum unrestricted performance.

 The use of the latest manufacturing techniques and exotic materials, such as Titanium, makes for a significantly lighter exhaust system with less heat retention than the OEM exhaust, improving comfort levels during the summer months.

Weld quality is second to none, with ultrasonically perfect welds that won't fatigue crack. In addition, each welded joint is as strong as the pipe it joins, which is essential considering the challenging conditions, bumps & vibration adventure models must withstand for those asking the most from their machine. 

Appearance:
Surface finish is a natural brushed finish that, when heated, changes to an iridescent blue and red as well as having an advantage over stainless steel in that Titanium won't stain, corrode or ever need polishing due to Titanium's high acid and salt resistance which also dissipates heat twice as fast as steel, further safeguarding against extended heat soak into body panels when stationary.

For greater flexibility, the OEM KTM muffler will mount and attach to our titanium headers also.
